Can you copyright an ear tug? Carol Burnett says yes. She's suing the makers of Family Guy for copyright infringement and other damages. A 2-D Burnett-like character is the custodian in a porn shop and is mocked when Family Guy protagonist Peter Griffin says, "You know when she tugged her ear at the end of that show, she was really saying goodnight to her mom." Thai tranny-loving character Quagmire responds, "I wonder what she tugged to say goodnight to her dad."

Burnett isn't the first person to get her panties in a twist over some cartoon shenanigans.
