GOD, GUNS, GLORY Church guards descend on unholy lensman

Paparazzi on the hunt for the recently-out-of-rehab Britney Spears sparked an incident at a Los Angeles church on Sunday when a security guard pulled a gun on one of the shooters who had followed her there. The guard, a retired policeman who worked for the church, detained and handcuffed a photographer whom he accused of trying to run over a traffic cop.

Located on Mulholland Drive, the Bel Air Presbyterian Church is apparently a popular spot for celebrities looking to score a little face time with the Almighty: It has a full-time "designated pastor to the entertainment community" on staff. The pastor, Rev. Kim Dorr, tells Radar that Spears is not a regular member of her flock. Asked whether the pop star's disruptive presence might make her persona non grata, Dorr exclaimed, "Gosh, we would never ban anybody from the church."

Unless you're carrying a camera.
