A "stumbling" and "dazed" Tara Reid hit Miami's Super Bowl scene over the weekend—face first. Witnesses describe her as actively maintaining her D-list status at Ocean Drive's party on Saturday with a rigorous regimen of cocktails and public spills the likes of which we haven't seen since 2005.

"She was clearly out of it," a Radar spy says, and at the end of the red carpet, the top-heavy good-time gal even took a header.
