Lindsay Lohan's name alone is worth $545,000, apparently. That's the profit the rehabbin' after-party princess is banking on the $2,495,000 sale of her 2,117-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 27th-floor condo with "killer ocean, city, sunset, and Hollywood Hills views." Lindsay bought the apartment for $1,950,000 back in 2005 and seems to have never moved in, Real Estate Stalker reports.

Also dumping digs: Leeza Gibbons, who got $7,775,000 (she was asking $7,995,000) for her 8-bedroom, 6.5-bath house in West Hollywood. "The house is accessed up a long curved driveway ... the kind all the children imagine rich and famous people have," a source tells Real Estate Stalker. Reportedly, the buyer is a "hedge fund zillionaire."
