Models Do the Darndest Things

AT PEACE Shalom
If not for the oddball behavior and general coke-freakiness, Fashion Week would just be a seamstress convention. So thank Karl for the wackos on display at Bryant Park! What have we seen so far? For starters: Kate Moss protégée (and Sean Lennon BFF) Irina Lazareanu's habit of performing the stations of the cross before sashaying the catwalk. (The ordeal of getting to the end of a runway, turning around, and then walking back being one of life's greater struggles.)
Also observed: Shalom Harlow's unidentified red-sweatered male companion feeling so anxious during the Karen Walker show on Saturday he was compelled to cross the runway mid-show—not once, but twice—oblivious to the petrified models clearly struggling to get to the end. Harlow, who just returned from an ecotour of Canada's Great Bear Rain Forest, looked completely unfazed, despite the angry glares. It's called composure, people.
