Prison Break actor Robert Knepper, who plays Theodore Bagwell (a character clearly created around his nickname "T-Bag"), starts to explain to Regis Philbin just exactly what "tea bagging" is. Thankfully, spark plug Kelly Ripa opts to gently lay this knowledge across Regis's forehead during the commercial break.
