Miami Nixes Death Jam As Castro Rallies

I FEEL GOOD Castro and Chavez
Looks like Miami's gonna have to take a rain check. A new video aired on Cuban television shows a healthy—or at least healthier—Fidel Castro hanging with little buddy Hugo Chavez. AP quotes the Cuban dictator as saying of his health problems, "This also is far from being a lost battle."
Meanwhile, the Miami Herald is reporting that the proposed celebration of Castro's death—music! T-shirts! carefully worded-
slogans!—has been tamped down after public outcry. Miami mayor and major league party-pooper Manny Diaz told reporters, "I'm not into parties."
Tell that to all the poor kids who just wanted to dance on Castro's grave.
