Looks like celebrity smut peddler David Hans Schmidt drastically underestimated the general public's interest in watching Kevin Federline demonstrate exactly how he knocked up Britney Spears (twice).

In the Sept/Oct. 2005 print edition of Radar, Schmidt—the porn broker behind videos starring everyone from Fred Durst to Dustin Diamond—ventured that a Britney Spears sex tape would fetch anywhere from $10-$15 million (tipping the higher end of the scale if she were pregnant, natch). Now comes Fox News' report that British rag News of the World is offering Federline $50 million for the tape, which it says, "makes Paris Hilton's homemade video look like a Disney cartoon." And she's not even preggers!

Last year, Schmidt told us he'd only shell out that kind of change for a tape of Brad and Angelina doing the nasty (only George W. Bush was worth more), but he's apparently reconsidered: "I'd offer $100 million if this tape is any good," he tells Radar. "What the fuck is News of the World doing trying to get into the porn-selling business, anyway? They're just trying to sling arrows into the dark to get some headlines. No way they'd make their money back."
