First a judge threw out her $10 million lawsuit against Us Weekly for saying she'd made a sex tape ("you put your modern sexuality squarely, and profitably, before the public eye," the judge sniped). Then, the tape miraculously surfaced, with one tab saying K-Fed plans to hold it hostage until his divorce demands are met. Now, the Irish Sunday Independent is considering suing Spears for suing the paper earlier this year for writing that her marriage was on the skids.

Going in for the kill comes Us Weekly, whose website, unencumbered by threats of legal action, has re-visited the sex-tape issue in the most humiliating manner possible: contextual ads (right) shilling fun-sized peeks at Brit's lowest moments for a measly buck a pop. Have you no decency, Janice?
