• Wanted: 28-year-old Adam Yehiye Gadahn, aka Azzam al-Amriki, aka Azzam the American has been charged with treason for his involvement with Al Qaeda. There's a $1 million reward for information leading to his arrest.
• Not wanted: The Apple "Mecca" in Manhattan, which an alleged Islamic website says is an affront to the Ka'Ba, a holy building in the real Mecca. (via The Register)
• Heckuva job, Denny: The president continues to express his support for House Speaker Dennis Hastert in the wake of the Mark Foley scandal. "Denny is very credible, as far as I'm concerned. And he's done a fine job as speaker," Bush said. He'll also be making a joint appearance with Hastert in Chicago.
• Flashback weekend: House Republicans are calling for an investigation into former Clinton National Security Adviser Sandy Berger's mishandling of classified documents. This happened in 2003. NB: It's 2006. And midterm elections are a few weeks away.
