• ... Stavros Niarchos didn't look too happy to see his sometime flame, Paris Hilton, at Bungalow 8 Friday night. The Greek shipping heir repeatedly rebuffed her lazy-eyed advances, though the two appeared to reconcile toward the end of the night, according to an eyewitness. Perhaps he was upset about her drunk-driving arrest, or just wanted to keep his options open. On hand to witness the drama was a Fashion Week-fueled crowd that included Bungalow's resident good-luck trolls Mary-Kate (who once dated Niarchos) and Ashley Olsen, and, for a brief second, Mischa Barton, who surveyed the crowd before bolting ...

Much of the entertainment press may have been convinced Britney Spears scheduled her C-section for last weekend, but at least one person knew better: Julie Bleak, better known as Kevin Federline's mom. Bleak was in Las Vegas over the weekend, partying with the mother of her other grandchildren, Shar Jackson, who conceived two children with K-Fed before he left her for Spears. Jackson celebrated her 30th birthday at Chippendale's, where her mother enjoyed the beefcake side-by-side with the mother of her baby daddy. No hard feelings, then? ...
• ... Now that the media spotlight on Denise Richards has dimmed somewhat, the Wild Things star has parted ways with publicist Matt Hiltzik of Freud Communications. Hiltzik, who also reps Katie Couric, had stepped in to help Richards through the tabloid frenzy surrounding her divorce from actor Charlie Sheen and subsequent hook-up with Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. Her choice of flack raised some eyebrows, however, as Freud also works for American Media, home of the National Enquirer and Star. Richards is now repped solely by Rogers & Cowan's Alan Nierob—who, we hear, has taken some heat from his fellow tribespeople for his tireless defense of Mel "Jews are responsible for all the world's wars" Gibson ...
