As Radar previously reported, Miller was arrested in June, along with Izquirdo's father and another man, for attempting to pay the woman money in exchange for her silence. (It's not the first time Miller has run into trouble. Just before Geragos client Michael Jackson's November 2003 arrest for child molestation, the P.I.'s Beverly Hills office was raided by prosecutors, though the evidence seized was ultimately ruled inadmissible.)
"How could Geragos not know anything about what [Miller] was doing?," says a source close to the case. Asked whether a formal investigation of Geragos was being undertaken, a spokeswoman for the Los Angles District Attorney's said, "His private investigator is the only one charged," before declining to comment further.
Geragos did not return calls for comment. Meanwhile, his former henchman's fortunes have taken a sharp turn for the worse. Although he's free on $1 million bail, Miller had to use his home as collateral, the state revoked his P.I.'s license, and his wife filed for divorce in June.
