Casey Anthony’s string of good luck continued on Friday when a judge ruled that she doesn’t have to sit for a deposition from a defamation lawsuit against her until October.

Anthony, 25, has been slapped with a lawsuit from Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, the woman who says her reputation was ruined after Casey lied and said she kidnapped her daughter Caylee.  In 2008 Casey claimed that her daughter was kidnapped by “Zanny the nanny” but her attorney Jose Baez admitted during her trial that she made up the story and that Caylee Marie Anthony was not kidnapped but actually drowned in the family pool on June 16, 2008.

Casey Anthony might be a free woman next Wednesday but her legal troubles are far from over, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Although she dodged giving evidence during her sensational trial where she was found ‘not guilty’ of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee she could yet be forced to talk during a civil suit against her.

Florida lawyer John Morgan – who is representing Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez – filed a subpoena to question Anthony and previously served her at Orange County Jail.

His client Gonzalez filed a lawsuit back in 2008 claiming she could not find work and had been ostracized after Anthony told investigators that a woman with the same name had kidnapped her daughter.
