Casey Anthony is appealing the four misdemeanor guilty verdicts she received for lying to the cops, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The 25-year-old Orlando, Florida woman was found guilty of misleading law enforcements by the very same jury that acquitted her of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

Casey Anthony is facing more legal drama after an inmate filed a lawsuit against her claiming to be the father of her 2-year-old daughter, RadarOnline.com can report.

Christopher Umberger -- who’s currently incarcerated in South Carolina  -- has filed a petition seeking a DNA test to determine if he is the dad of Caylee Anthony, whose remains were found ditched in the woods three years ago.

On Thursday, Casey wiped away tears while watching her jailhouse videos in court.

The jury were shown tapes of her parents, George and Cindy Anthony, visiting her in jail and Casey brushed away tears in the courtroom while watching the recordings.

Cindy was shown telling her daughter: “Don’t worry about protecting me, dad or Lee,” which caused Casey to wipe tears away from her face.

She is otherwise just sitting stone-faced as she watches the tapes, showing no emotion as the tapes are played where her contradictory statements are revealed.
