Audrina Patridge's stalker, Zachary Loring, has been sentenced to two years in state prison, and slapped with a ten year restraining order against The Hills hottie and Dancing With The Stars alum, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The man charged with stalking Audrina Patridge was ruled to be mentally competent Tuesday in a Los Angeles court hearing.
Zachary James Loring's next court date is June 21 and will be a pre-trial hearing on his felony charge, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker, Zachary Loring, who was arrested for violating a restraining order by going to Patridge's home, exploded into a profanity laced tirade in court Tuesday, leading the judge to have him removed from the court and order him to undergo two psychological evaluations to determine his competency to stand trial.

Loring, who is currently still in custody and being held on $150,000 bail, appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom to be formally arraigned. Loring attempted to enter a guilty plea to one count of felony stalking and when his attorney objected and the judge sided with the lawyer, Loring exploded in a rage.
Judge William Ryan decided that criminal proceedings against Loring will be temporarily suspended, pending his competency hearing on April 13th.

Loring was arrested on February 19th after going to Patridge's home and pounding on her front door. Patridge was reportedly home at the time. Patridge sought the restraining order against Loring last year after he would repeatedly show up at her house leaving notes and poems for the The Hills star.
Patridge wasn't in court this morning for the proceedings.

Audrina Patridge may have been granted a restraining order against her stalker, Zachary Loring, by a Los Angeles County judge, but he still lists her as his "friend" - at least online.
Zachary Loring has sixteen friends on his MySpace page, and surprisingly, one of them is Audrina!

Zachary began harassing The Hills star in August, when he rang her doorbell and gave her frightening pictures that he had drawn, one of which depicted a woman being strangled.

Audrina was granted the three year restraining order on Wednesday, and on Tuesday Zachary said his mood was "blessed" on his MySpace page. He posted a brief poem entitled Soda In the Canyon on his page: "Slowing down a windy road calming, entrancing at times, a view only eyes can see and a mind can receive, love, ponder... soda runs acroos [sic] the road, down into the canyon," he wrote.

Audrina Patridge Asks Court for Protection Against Stalker

Fame has it’s price, and Audrina Patridge seems to be getting a taste of the real world that she didn’t get living in the bubble of The Hills. Audrina filed for a temporary restraining order against Zachary Loring Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Fearing for her safety and her brother’s safety the court documents reveal the harassment Audrina has received. “Ms. Patridge is in fear for her physical safety and emotional well being. Mr. Loring has referred to the date of September 15, 2009 on cards/letters, and this date has not yet passed and she is concerned about whether she will be injured or harmed in any way on such date.”

According to the documents, Audrina was first harassed by Loring on August 26 when he rang her doorbell and said he was delivering wine to the reality star. “Mr. Loring statement that he was a “fan” of Ms. Patridge and handed her a stack of photos, cards, drawings and poems he had written with her. The photos depicted were odd in nature, one of which depicted a woman being strangled.”

Audrina requested that the man, who was arrested at her house on August 30, stay 100 feet from her home, job or work place and her vehicle. Patridge requested that Loring not “harass, attack, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, follow, stalk, destroy personal property, keep under surveillance, or block movements.’ She also asked that he not “contact (either directly or indirectly), or telephone, or send messages or mail or email.”
Zachary Loring is described as a 24 year old white male weighing 180 pounds.
