Rather than just basking in his own success, actor Peter Dinklage made sure to use the spotlight for a good cause when he accepted his Golden Globe award on Sunday.

The Game Of Thrones star ended his acceptance speech by telling the audience to Google the name Martin Henderson.

"I want to mention a gentleman I'm thinking about in England: his name is Martin Henderson," said Dinklage, who has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia. "Google him."

Paris Hilton’s Los Angeles-based rep says she’s in the clear, after she was detained for smoking marijuana. 

“I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it,” her rep Dawn Miller told RadarOnline.com.

“The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made.

“The authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident.”

Hilton was ordered to appear before a special court sanctioned to deal with World Cup crime.

There, the heiress was reportedly told police had dropped their complaint.

However, one person in Hilton’s group pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a small fine.

Hilton reportedly entered the courtroom in Port Elizabeth with a group of friends wearing an off-white sleeveless blouse. Her hair was in pigtails and she had heavy black eyeliner.

Said Hilton’s rep, “Paris is having an incredible time at the World Cup.”

A Johannesburg radio station said police arrested Hilton outside the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. However, Hilton's Los Angeles based rep denies she was arrested.

"She was found in possession of some amount of dagga," said a police officer, using the local name for marijuana.

"We don't know how much. It's a high-profile person; only the top cops are dealing with it."

Paris was still being questioned by police around 3.15pm PT, RadarOnline.com confirmed.

Socialite Paris Hilton has been arrested and released in Port Elizabeth, South Africa according to various news reports.

Hilton was escorted from the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium for allegedly smoking marijuana on Friday during the Netherlands quarterfinal match against Brazil.

She was taken to the Mount Road Police Station in St. Croix just before 8pm.

Detective Mark Magadlela confirmed to a South African news site that Hilton was indeed at the police station and has since been released. No further details were given.
