Charlie Sheen was snapped on the Hollywood set of the film A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III, and RadarOnline.com has got the photos of Sheen back in action.

The man who made “Winning” a pop culture catchphrase looked to be in a good mood Tuesday, puffing on a cigarette as he palled around with crew members. On his Twitter page, he thanked various caterers for providing snacks on the set of the film.

It’s apparently official – Charlie Sheen is coming back to TV.

The former Two and a Half Men star  -- whose career seemed to publicly implode just a few months ago -- will star in Anger Management, a new TV sitcom based on the 2003 film of the same name.

"I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept," Sheen said in a statement. "It also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth."

Charlie Sheen has been keeping a low profile lately, but on Tuesday, the casually dressed  actor was spotted outside of his doctor's office in Beverly Hills, CA.

Sheen was all smiles and gave a thumbs-up to photographers who snapped his picture.

This was the first time we've seen photos of the former Two and a Half Men star out-and-about since May 11.

Ashton Kutcher is winning.  Is a winner! Has won!

After his cryptic Tweet dropping a big hint on his Twitter page late Thursday, asking, "what's the square root of 6.25?" (We did the math: it's two and a half.) CBS confirmed Friday morning that Ashton will be joining the cast of Two and a Half Men.

Ashton Kutcher is winning!

With Charlie Sheen begging to get back his job on Two and a Half Men, Kutcher is finalizing a deal to replace him on the show.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kutcher – aka Demi Moore’s much younger husband -- is getting a “huge payday” to join the hit sitcom.

Show creator Chuck Lorre, who’s in a lawsuit with Sheen after bouncing the star for erratic behavior, has written a storyline to introduce Kutcher to the temporarily-cancelled CBS hit.

The man behind the highly-touted musical stylings of Snoop Dogg and Charlie Sheen is sharing only with RadarOnline.com how the collaboration came to be.

Robert Patterson, a well-known rock musician, who has the role of musical director for Sheen's My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option tour, says the track is "already mixed and mastered and we're getting ready to release it.

"It was a collaboration of ideas," Rob says." Charlie and I wanted to put some music in for the show and came up with an idea of maybe getting somebody to rap. He came up with some names and Snoop Dogg was at the top of the list. Within half an hour we were talking about having him come down and do it. He was extremely excited."

Patterson wrote and produced the song, and Snoop "came in and did vocals. It’s basically me, Snoop and Charlie doing our thing," he says.

"It’s not really a deep This Is The End by The Doors-type of track. It’s a fun, hip hop dance track and Chris Arvan did a great job mixing it.

"Its not necessarily about Charlie. Its about winning, in life and in general. In fact it’s called Winning. There’s no other word to use."

The plan is also to film a video after the tour ends May 3, Patterson reveals.  He'll be in it but don't expect to see him dancing.

"I don’t dance. My fiancé  Carmen Electra does not let me dance. It’s against the rules."

But what about Charlie Sheen as a vocalist, RadarOnline.com wanted to know.

"You’ll have to wait and see," he says.  "Just know that it’s a fun track and it’s not about Charlie. It’s a mainstream track."

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards made allegations that he's an animal abuser and now dog advocate Linda Hogan has stepped forward challenging the former Two and a Half Men star to a battle with her in the octagon, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

"I will gladly step in 2 an octagon cage and shove ur firebreathing fists where the sun doesn't shine!" Hogan posted on her Twitter account Monday afternoon.

"Bring it on DOG KILLER!"

Charlie Sheen went live on UStream Saturday night, in an effort to reach his fans directly, without the assistance of sitcom writers or journalists. His 50-minute long webcast, titled Sheen's Korner bore more than a passing resemblance to an old-fashioned public access cable show, and maybe that was the point.

The troubled Two and a Half Men star showed off his new tattoo -- Winning -- inked onto the inside of his left wrist, and told his five kids, "Daddy loves you."

Sheen's posse in his at-home studio, laughed at all his jokes of course.

The actor's Twitter followers were mixed in their reviews of the webcast. There seemed to be as many who hated it as those who loved it.

Sheen called it all a "maiden madcap experiment."  He hasn't yet said if there will be a follow-up experiment.
