Gary Coleman’s parents, Willie and Sue Coleman, said they have no hard feelings toward the actor's ex-wife, Shannon Price, who told doctors to pull the plug on the 80s sitcom star, ending his life despite orders in one of the actor’s wills to keep him alive for at least two weeks should he fall into a coma.

Coleman's parents, appearing on The Joy Behar Show on HLN, said they hadn't seen Gary since he turned 18, and never met Price, 24. They said Price had never called her before or after the events leading up to Coleman’s sudden death at the age of 42.

A third will has surfaced in the Gary Coleman case, and it names a new mystery woman as executor and she inherits everything, RadarOnline.com has learned.

RadarOnline.com was first to report the existence of the will.

And this is the second will that completely leaves Gary’s ex-wife Shannon Price out of his inheritance.

The new will is 23 pages long and was executed on February 3, 2005 and Entertainment Tonight reports it was filed Friday afternoon in Utah.

The will for the Diff’rent Strokes star leaves everything to a woman named Anna Gray. There are reports that Anna was CEO of his corporation.

Gary’s agent, Robert Malcolm, tells ET that Anna was Gary’s most trusted friend and at one point they lived together in separate bedrooms.

If this will is valid, it will invalidate a will presented by Dion Mial, Coleman’s ex-manager that was written in 1999. That will makes Dion the executor and leaves everything to him as trustee.

Shannon has presented a handwritten codicil that was prepared in 2007, which leaves everything to her. She claims that although Gary and Shannon divorced in 2008, they were still engaged in a common law marriage.

EXCLUSIVE: Gary Coleman Independent Autopsy Delayed By Ex-Wife's Bid For Control Of Estate

Shannon Price's legal bid to win control over Gary Coleman's estate has delayed any independent investigation into the death of the Diff'rent Strokes star, RadarOnline.com has learned.

PHOTOS: Gary Coleman Through The Years

Dion Mial, the disputed executor of the estate, wants answers to questions surrounding the actor's death. Coleman fell at home and banged his head. That caused an intracranial hemorrhage and eventually led to his death May 28 at age 42.

Price, 24, has emphatically denied any wrongdoing. She called 911 but told the emergency operator that she couldn’t handle being around all the blood, so she left her ex husband bleeding and alone in another room.

“I have not been able to obtain the autopsy in order to consider or review whether or not there is cause for further investigation," Mial told RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview.

"Shannon is making it very difficult for authorities to get to the bottom of this... She is the full and complete impediment."

Mial previously told RadarOnline.com: "I wholeheartedly believe there was foul play here."

On Thursday, Price filed papers to assume control of the late actor's estate -- a move that "froze" Mial from ordering a private autopsy, starting plans for Gary’s cremation and planning his funeral, according to the former manager's lawyer Kent B. Alderman.

“This will slow things down,” the attorney told RadarOnline.com Friday.

“Shannon Price had the right to enter the an objection to the appointment of a personal representative and that will now go on a trial track in order to litigate this issue.

“On Monday, the court is going to be interested in two questions: one, the decision on what to do with Gary’s remains, and two, to settle any dispute about the funeral arrangements.”

The Salt Lake City medical examiner's office performed an autopsy on Coleman's body last week, but have so far failed to provide it to Mial, who Coleman named executor in a 1999 will.

Price also has not been given a copy of the autopsy, her agent Sheila Erickson confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

Coleman's body remains at Lake Hill Mortuary in Sandy, Utah.

The mortuary revealed to RadarOnline.com it is joining the court bid, in order to have a judge decide what to do with the late actor’s remains.

Police have interviewed Price, who discovered her ex-husband and later gave permission to turn off his life support machine, multiple times.

Police say she is not a suspect or person of interest. They do not suspect foul play but have not ruled it out.

Detective Stan Eggen told RadarOnline.com he had spoken to Price multiple times and that her statements were consistent with what she told the first police officer who interviewed her.

“Foul play is not suspected… but we have to be careful,” he said.

“Until we’re  absolutely positive on cause of death we have to keep the case open and anybody who calls us and has any information.

“We have to take  precautions, so consequently we’re still investigating the case.”

A spokesman for Coleman's adoptive parents has also said he suspected foul play was involved.

"If I had the dollars, I'd hire someone to take another look at the body to see if there was any blunt force trauma to the head," Victor Perillo told RadarOnline.com, last week.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Todd Bridges Says Gary Coleman Forced To Work While Rejecting A Kidney And Throwing Up

Posted on Jun 09, 2010 @ 01:15PM - 7 comments

Gary Coleman’s close friend Todd Bridges has revealed the dark, painful days the 4-foot-8 inch Diff’rent Strokes star suffered through while on the hit television show.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Bridges blamed Coleman’s parents for the actor’s often cantankerous behavior.

“He (Gary) never had time to find out who he was and be the kid he always should have been,” Bridges said.

PHOTOS: Troubled Child Stars

“He was constantly being reminded of a show where you’ve had your worst times in your life – because when you’re gravely ill and rejecting a kidney, throwing up [and parents] forcing you to work.

“When you go on hiatus, you should be resting the whole time before the next season starts and your parents send you right out to start working on movies.”

Bridges, who rekindled his friendship with Coleman before his death, has been a vocal critic of Sue and Willie Coleman, who were estranged from the actor for 23 years.

Like the pint-sized actor, who sued his parents 1989 for allegedly stealing his multimillion-dollar fortune, Bridges said he too believed the Colemans squandered their son’s millions.

“We have solid proof – everything is in the documents, look it up, go to court and look at the lawsuit, there is solid proof that his money was squandered,” Bridges said.

“If it is not solid proof then who did it?

PHOTOS: Celebs We Lost In 2010

“For eight years he made $18 million and when the show ended he had nothing.  I guess no one squandered it, it just disappeared?  It just got up and walked out of the bank?

“Somebody squandered it and if you’re the parents guess what?  You’re responsible for it. You’re supposed to watch it – you’re the parents!”

The family spokesperson, Victor Perillo, has rejected Bridge’s account of the parent’s relationship with the son.

However Bridges isisted, “They destroyed a person, they did not give a child a fair shake in life to really be a good kid. I don’t have hatred in my heart for anybody, but I do have the truth.”

Bridges said as a teen and as an adult, he always wanted the best for the diminutive star -- who played Arnold on the hit television series. Bridges was his on-screen brother, Willis.

“I’m just so happy that our relationship grew stronger.  It made me feel good that we were able to talk again,” Bridges added.

Executor Of Gary Coleman's Will Takes Over, Tells Wife: "You Have No Authority"

Posted on Jun 05, 2010 @ 08:04PM - 30 comments
DNP Random Things

The man named as executor of Gary Coleman’s estate says the Diff’rent Strokes star’s ex-wife Shannon Price has no right to decide funeral plans or deal with his assets, RadarOnline.com has learned.

PHOTOS: Gary Coleman Leaves Court On His Last Birthday

Dion Mial, Coleman’s longtime friend and former manager, was the late actor’s choice to oversee his estate, in a will he wrote in 1999

In a statement released to RadarOnline.com on Saturday, Mial said funeral plans are still “pending."

AUDIO: Hear Gary Coleman’s 911 Tape

Coleman's ex-wife had previously announced a weekend service in Salt Lake City for Coleman, who died after a fall at his Utah home.

However Mial said Price "has absolutely no rights or authority, with regard to the disposition of Gary's remains, services, estate management.”

Coleman’s last will emerged on Friday to be in the possession of Salt Lake City lawyer Kent Alderman, who will take it to a Utah county court next week.

PHOTOS: Troubled Child Stars

"We will submit that for probate next week and find out if this is the last will. We believe it is. Nobody's come up with a more recent one," Alderman said.

Mial was a friend and ex-manager of the diminutive former child TV star known for his role as Arnold Jackson in the 1978-86 sitcom Diff'rent Strokes.

"I am humbled by Gary's confidence in me and by his fearless friendship," Mial said.

"My life is transformed, because of his distinct presence in it."

As RadarOnline first revealed, Coleman's estranged parents abandoned their effort to bury him in his native Illinois.

"From the start, Mr. and Mrs. Coleman's intention has been to see that Gary's wishes be honored and that his affairs be taken care of properly," the couple's attorney Frederick Jackson told RadarOnline.com.

"They wanted to do things the right way, and they urge those still involved to do the same. The Colemans ask that everyone please treat Gary with respect and kindness. They feel it is time for him to find peace and let his spirit go."

The body of the 42-year-old actor, who died last May 28 of a brain hemorrhage in a Provo, Utah hospital, is now at Lake Hill Mortuary in Sandy, Utah.

Price, who Coleman divorced in 2008, legally now has no rights over his body.

It was Price, named in an advance health care directive, who ordered that the actor be taken off life support.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Gary Coleman Death Should Be Investigated, Says Ex-Agent

Posted on Jun 04, 2010 @ 03:25PM - 17 comments
DNP Random Things

In the most dramatic turn yet, Gary Coleman’s former agent -- and spokesperson for his parents Willie and Sue Coleman -- is suggesting foul play could have been involved in the mysterious death of the Diff’rent Strokes star.

“If I had my way and I had the dollars, I’d hire someone to take another look at the body to see if there was any blunt force trauma to the head,” Victor Perillo told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

“How did he hit his head? Why was there so much blood?”

AUDIO: Hear Gary Coleman’s 911 Tape

Coleman’s ex-wife, Shannon Price, has denied pushing him down the stairs.

“People are so cruel, they don’t even know,” she said in an interview, recorded the day after Coleman’s death and released Thursday.

“I was upstairs, he was downstairs, how am I going to push him?”

PHOTOS: Gary Coleman Through The Years

Perillo said he believed Price made that statement, even though no-one had publically accused her of pushing her ex-husband, because she was advised “people are going to think that she killed him”.

He also revealed the 24-year-old won’t even take the Sue of Willie Coleman’s repeated telephone calls.

“They’ve put calls in to Shannon and she won’t talk to them,” Perillo said.

“She has her brother call them and he’s clueless (about the situation).”

PHOTOS: Troubled Child Stars

In the bizarre interview, Price also defended her decision to switch off Coleman’s life support, saying she didn't want Coleman to end up “like Muhammad Ali or Terri Schiavo”.

Perillo told RadarOnline.com her decision to end the actor’s life support was selfish.

“It’s disgusting,” he said.

“I think they didn’t give fate or a miracle a chance to happen. To give it just one hour? If he had been in LA I think he would still be alive today.”

PHOTOS: Gary Coleman’s Last Birthday

The former Diff’rent Strokes child TV star died from a brain hemorrhage Friday at the age of 42. He suffered a head injury, triggering an intracranial brain hemorrhage, after falling at his home in Santaquin, Utah.

Price was widely thought to be Coleman's wife when she made the decision to pull the plug on life support, however, it later emerged the pair had secretly divorced in 2008.

Perillo helped launch Gary Coleman's career from Chicago around 1977 and worked with him for 15 years.

He is now representing the estranged parents of the former child TV star, who as RadarOnline.com was first to reveal, are seeking custody of his body and want it returned to the star's boyhood home in Illinois.

VIDEO: Coleman And His Wife Discuss Their Crazy Fights

However, Perillo said a reported feud between Sue and Willie Coleman and Price over the star’s body, will and assets is bogus.

“The Coleman’s just want to know what happened to their son,” Perillo added.

“They have not disputed the funeral at all... they just want to bury their son and move on.

“Additionally, the Coleman’s will honor whatever Gary’s will says.

“They just want the chance to talk to Shannon since she was at the hospital with Gary in his final moments.”
