Steven Seagal’s former executive assistant, Kayden Nguyen, has officially dropped her sexual harassment lawsuit against the actor, RadarOnline.com learned on Wednesday.

Steven Seagal's powerhouse attorney, Martin Singer, has filed a document in court that he thinks will once and for all prove the lawsuit against Steven Segal should be settled in arbitration, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Singer officially filed the confidentiality agreement Kayden Nguyen signed when she was hired by the action star.

Nguyen, 23, is claiming that Seagal, 59, l sexually harassed her and used her as “his sex toy.”

Singer, who has represented Bruce Willis and Jim Carrey, filed the agreement that states if there was going to be any legal issue it “shall be resolved by mandatory binding confidential arbitration to the greatest extent permitted by law."

The document shows that Kayden and Seagal initialed each page of the agreement, as well as formally signing the last page of the document.

Singer successfully had the proceedings brought to a halt last week and a motion will be heard at the end of May at which time it will be determined if the case will be sent to arbitration.

Kayden's lawyer, William Waldo, fired off a letter to Singer that reads "please tell Steven Seagal two things. First, the cheap shot threats that might have intimidated other victims and their lawyers don't phase me. Save your ink. Second, Ms. Nguyen's claims are not going away. Five other victims called me yesterday."

Singer fired off a legal salvo to Kayden's attorney and said, "It has become abundantly clear that your strategy is to try this case in the media instead of on its merits," and then goes on to warn Kayden's attorney that if he doesn't dismiss the lawsuit and go to arbitration, per the confidentiality agreement, "we will immediately file a motion to compel arbitration and will seek attorney's fees, costs, and sanctions against your client and your firm in addition to the $50,000 in liquidated damages already due pursuant to the terms of the confidentiality agreement."

Steven Seagal is taking legal action against the woman who sued him for sexual harassment and sexual trafficking, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Kayden Nguyen, a 23-year-old former model, sued her former employer Seagal April 12 on six counts, with some shocking allegations.

Now, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively from sources that Seagal is fighting back and will file an arbitration claim for breach of confidentiality agreement against Nguyen.
Seagal filed a motion April 16 to stay Nguyen’s lawsuit and have it moved to arbitration.

The agreement that Nguyen signed with Seagal stipulates that disputes will be settled in arbitration, sources tell RadarOnline.com.
In addition, RadarOnline.com has also learned that Seagal will be seeking attorney’s fees against Nguyen and her lawyer Bill Waldo.

Nguyen’s lawsuit started a bitter war of words between the opposing camps, with Seagal’s attorney Marty Singer claiming the employee was let go for illegal activity.
Waldo denies that accusation and claims he has affidavits from other former employees supporting his client.

Now with Seagal fighting back with a counter action and request for attorney’s fees, the battle is getting more heated and the actor is making it clear he will not allow the disturbing allegations to go unchallenged.
Nguyen claims in court papers that Seagal treated her as his “sex toy” and described other sexual debauchery that allegedly took place at Seagal’s direction.

Kayden Nguyen, who worked for the star of Steven Seagal: Lawman for only a few days, is suing Seagal for sexual harassment and illegal trafficking of females for sex.
Singer, who has represented stars like Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jim Carrey, tells RadarOnline.com “she’s claiming Seagal did horrible things to her and she came back to work the next day? If this really happened to you, why would you come back to work?”

Singer fired off a letter to Nguyen’s attorneys Wednesday calling the complaint “outrageous and unlawful.” Singer says it’s a violation of the confidentiality agreement and is demanding that it be immediately dismissed, and be settled in arbitration.

"Second, Ms. Nguyen's claims are not going away. Five other victims called me yesterday."
Steven Segal’s Show Suspends Filming
Singer says that email was sent to the media at the same time it was sent to his office. “It appears her lawyers are more interested in getting publicity than arbitrate the complaint,” Singer said while complaining that Waldo “never responded to the two issues in the letter,” referring to arbitration and violation of the confidentiality agreement.
As for the five other victims, Singer says “no one has made claims other than this joker!”

After the lawsuit was filed on Monday, filming of his hit A&E reality TV show was suspended, RadarOnline.com has learned.
And since the alleged harassment took place in New Orleans, Jefferson Parish Sheriff, Newell Normand invited Nguyen to contact the department and file a complaint against Seagal, so he can launch a criminal investigation into the matter.
