The over-achieving pageant moms on TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras are experts at dressing their little girls up in the most outrageous outfits possible, and now the primping parents have been given a dose of their own medicine, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the garish results. 

Anderson Cooper invited four of the popular mother-daughter duos on to Friday’s episode of his talk show so that the parents could feel how it felt to walk in the very high heels of their pint-sized divas.

Toddlers & Tiaras star Paisley Dickey has risen to the top faster than most people six times her age, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the three-year-old is in talks to star on yet another reality TV show.

All new episodes of TLC’s highly popular Toddlers & Tiaras air Wednesday night and a source close to Paisley and her camp tells us that although she’ll always be thankful for her start on the show, she’s looking to move forward and wants to grasp as many opportunities as she can.

“Paisley and her mom are in the final stages of negotiations to star in a new reality show,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

Toddlers & Tiaras star Paisley Dickey caused quite a stir when she performed a routine dressed in a Pretty Woman-themed outfit, which many deemed age-inappropriate for the four-year-old.

But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned they want to turn the controversy around and focus on doing something good with it, by auctioning the outfit off and giving the proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

"The Make-A-Wish Foundation holds a special meaning to us...and we are hoping to establish a relationship with them," Paisley’s mother, Wendy Dickey told RadarOnline.com.
