Actor Charlie Sheen suffered a legal setback in his battle with Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre when a judge ruled that his contract, which includes an arbitration clause, is valid.

The former Two and a Half Men star is embroiled in a $100 million claim against the studio for firing him from the hit show and while he wanted a public trial, RadarOnline.com has learned the court ruled against Sheen’s request on Wednesday.
