Comedian Wanda Sykes reveals she had breast cancer, and a subsequent a double mastectomy, to Ellen DeGeneres in a pre-taped interview set to air Monday, and RadarOnline.com has the clip.
"I had real big boobs and I just got tired of knocking over stuff," the 47-year-old said. "Every time I eat -- oh lord -- I'd carry a Tide stick everywhere I go. My back was sore so it was time to have a reduction."

At the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards, members of the media were honored for thattheir fair and accurate representation of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community, including the lovely Drew Barrymore, who accepted the top honors of the evening in an absolutely stunning Oscar de la Renta creation, from the Pre-Fall 2010 Collection. The actress, who received the Vanguard Award, dazzled in the pink and silver number, which featured a slender belt around the waist and perfect pleating.

The new year hasn't been kind to NBC: After it came under fire for the shakeup of The Tonight Show in January, comic Wanda Sykes, appearing on The Jay Leno Show Thursday, took the Peacock Network to task for its culinary celebration of Black History Month, which kicked off this week.
Sykes told Leno she was dismayed by the menu the network is serving in their Burbank, California cafeteria to commemorate the occasion: fried chicken, collard greens, cornbread and black-eyed peas.

New mom Wanda Sykes says she turned to Jon and Kate for parenting tips.
Sykes- who plays the wisecracking Barb on CBS' The New Adventures of Old Christine --appeared on The Tonight Show Wednesday night and joked to host Jay Leno, "I watched Jon & Kate Plus 8. I figured they have eight kids, I could get some tips from them."
Sykes and her wife Alex welcomed twins --a boy and a girl -- on April 27. Alex is the birth mother.
