Despite his repeated apologies for crashing Taylor Swift's stage during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, Kanye West sounded unapologetic in a new interview during which the hip hop hitmaker dubbed his actions that night "selfless," claiming that he bore the brunt of criticism in standing up for a fellow artist.
West told Minnesota radio station KDWB: "It’s like, what’s so arrogant about that moment? If anything, it’s selfless.

Taylor Swift is not one to hold a grudge.
The 20-year-old songstress showed just that when she sang Innocent at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles, a ballad in which she declares her forgiveness for singer Kanye West after he rained on her parade a year ago.

Jay Leno's primetime comedy talk show kicks off with a bang Monday, with TV icon Jerry Seinfeld and a joint performance from hip hop's elite: Jay-Z, Rihanna and controversy magnet Kanye West.
"What we're trying to do is put together acts that you do not normally see together or don't normally perform together," Leno said.
The rest of the week's guests read like a who's who: Tom Cruse appears Tuesday, Robin Williams and Miley Cyrus are slated for Wednesday, and Halle Berry and Eric Clapton appear Thursday.
