The death of Rita Hayworth's grandson has been presumed a suicide but the initial autopsy performed by medical examiners has proven inconclusive and officials are now awaiting the results of a toxicology report.

Andrew Embiricos, 25, was found lying face-up on the bed of his New York City apartment on Sunday at around 9 p.m. with a plastic bag over his head, reported RadarOnline.com.

While no suicide note was left with the body, which was discovered by friend Aaron Edwards, law enforcement officials say the Hollywood icon's grandson had a history of suicide attempts, according to the New York Post.
