Whitney Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown has formally pled not guilty to driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Brown pled not guilty in a Van Nuys courtroom on Monday morning to the charges. He allegedly blew a .12, but the legal limit in California is .08. The judge ordered Brown not to consume any alcohol until the case is resolved.

Bobby Brown was arrested for driving under the influence on Monday, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

The troubled 43-year-old was pulled over in Reseda by the California Highway Patrol for driving while talking on his cell phone at 12:05 p.m. and according to the CHP sobriety tests were given — which he failed.

R&B singer Marques Houston was granted a restraining order on Wednesday against DeMario Thornton, aka Raz-B, citing he “falsely accused me of molesting him,” RadarOnline.com has learned.

“About three weeks ago, DeMario Thornton, aka Raz B, released a video recording via the internet of a conversation that we had…DeMario is screaming at me…he has a deranged demeanor and is not acting like a reasonable person,” Houston wrote in the paperwork.

“After I hung up on DeMario, he continued recording himself and falsely accused me of molesting him.”

Police arrested a man for battery on a security guard outside of the home of Paris Hilton Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

At approximately 12:15pm, the male suspect allegedly snuck past a security guard gate at Mulholland Estates, the gated community where Hilton lives, and entered the property without clearance.

Paris Hilton is back on US soil home and is already making plans to go back to Japan, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Paris boarded her private jet in Tokyo and headed for her homeland at 12:00am PST on Wednesday morning and arrived safely in Van Nuys, CA on Wednesday afternoon.

The source goes on to say that Paris was disappointed that she wasn’t able to enter Japan legally but it wasn’t from lack of trying. Apparently, the heiress was unaware she needed a special extra visa due to the fact that she had pled guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge on Monday.

“Paris did have a work visa for the trip, but she was unaware that she needed the additional paperwork until she landed in Tokyo,” the source says.

American Pie star Chris Klein was arraigned Friday morning in a Van Nuys, California, courtroom for charges pertaining to a June 16 DUI arrest.

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Klein was not present in court but entered a plea of not guilty through his attorney Blair Berk – the same powerhouse lawyer representing Mel Gibson.

Klein was charged with one count of DUI with a prior (he was arrested for drunk driving in 2005) and one count of driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher, both misdemeanors. Klein, through his attorney, denies a prior conviction of DUI.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 31-year-old actor checked himself into Utah’s Cirque Lodge for a 30 day alcohol addiction program following his June 16 arrest.

Cirque Lodge is the same facility that has previously treated Hollywood royalty such as Lindsay Lohan, Mary-Kate Olsen and Eva Mendes.

The judge ordered Klein not use or possess any alcoholic beverages and that Klein be present for pre-trial which is scheduled for August 23.

Kourtney Kardashian has been slapped with a lawsuit by a clothing apparel company for children and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive details.

A small claims lawsuit was filed on July 1, 2010 in Van Nuys, California by Flowers by Zoe naming Kourtney as a defendant, along with  'Smooch,' a children’s boutique she owned with her mother, Kris.

The lawsuit filed is listed as a “Complaint for Money” and the store is seeking $2,331.23 in damages for non-payment.

The documents also state:

“On or about March 23, 2010, the Defendants [Kourtney and Smooch] became indebted to the Plaintiff [Flowers by Zoe] on an open book account for money due as provided in C.C.P. Section 337a, at the special insistence and request of the Defendants, for credit provided for the purchase of goods, wares, merchandise or services rendered.”

Smooch went out of business last year and the new mom wrote on her website at the time, “My mom and I opened our children’s clothing boutique Smooch six years ago. My grandmother has had a children’s boutique in La Jolla for 30 years now, and it was always a dream of my mom’s and mine to have a store of our own.

“I used to work in the store all day, every day, stay hours after closing and was obsessed with it… Smooch was my baby! After thinking about it long and hard, we have decided to close Smooch.

“This does make me sad, but I also know that I don’t have the time (especially now that I will have my baby boy to take care of) that the store deserves to be the Smooch that was created. It is just not the same without me and my mom there to run it.”
