Billy Ray Cyrus has officially filed an order of dismissal to put a stop to his pending divorce with wife Tish Cyrus, and RadarOnline.com has learned he’ll be footing the bill.

The order of dismissal was filed March 11 in Tennessee, just five months after the couple originally filed for divorce.
