Bristol Palin’s friends admit she is “heartbroken” after learning that her fiancé and baby daddy, Levi Johnston, may have gotten his ex-girlfriend pregnant, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The bombshell news broke this week after the National Enquirer reported that Levi’s old girlfriend, Lanesia Garcia, was pregnant.

Contrary to reports suggesting Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston are shopping a new reality show, the re-engaged couple have yet to ink a deal, RadarOnline.com has confirmed exclusively.
The Palin’s family attorney, Thomas Van Flein, told RadarOnline.com that as of Monday, there is no reality show in the works.

Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol wants a chunk of the money her ex Levi Johnston is making off his media appearances and from his much-publicized Playgirl photo shoot to help support the couple’s one-year-old son Tripp.

Bristol’s lawyer filed papers in Alaska late Thursday demanding that Levi pay $1,750 a month in child support. The couple have a one-year old son Tripp, born out-of-wedlock. In the papers, Palin says Johnston has pulled in "in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities."

She’s also asking that the payments be retroactive to the birth of their son, who was born out-of-wedlock on December 27, 2008.
In the docs, Palin says she “has provided nearly 100% of the care and custody” for Tripp since his birth. She also states: "I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Mr. Johnston, totaling only $4,400 over 13 months.”

Bristol's request is for temporary support, until a permanent child support order can be implemented.
Since giving birth, Palin, now 19, has become an advocate for abstinence and speaks out against teen pregnancy.

"Bristol has set forth the facts regarding child support in her affidavit filed in court,” Her attorney’s office tell RadarOnline.com. “The law in Alaska is clear, a parent is obligated to support his or her child. It is unfortunate Bristol has to seek court intervention in this regard."
For his part, Johnston claims he is baffled by the filing and says that he has offered Bristol money that she has turned down in the past.
A source close to the situation though tells RadarOnline.com, “Levi's statements, through his lawyer, are not statements under oath. Take them for what they are worth. To paraphrase Jerry McGuire "Show us the money." Levi has produced no documentation of either his earnings or what he claims he has paid. Only Bristol has. With or without a court order, a responsible parent makes sure their child is supported financially.”

Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol is involved in a nasty legal battle with her ex-fiance Levi Johnston over custody of their one-year-old son Tripp, RadarOnline.com has learned.
In early November, Bristol filed a petition for full custody and child support. She’s also seeking a visitation schedule for Johnston, whom she says has exercised "sporadic visitation rights."
Johnston denied in court documents that he has avoided his responsibilities, and he is seeking shared custody.

With the holidays quickly approaching, former Alaska governor Sarah Palin is putting together her invites for Thanksgiving dinner…and there’s one name that shockingly could make the list!
Palin sat down with Oprah Winfrey in an interview set to air on Monday, November 16, where she reveals that she still considers her grandson’s father, Levi Johnston, part of the family.

When asked if Johnston, 19, will be invited to Thanksgiving dinner, Palin responds, “you know, that’s an interesting question. And it’s lovely to think that he would ever even consider such a thing. Because, of course, you want—he is a part of the family and you want to bring him in the fold and kind of under your wing.”
Johnston, who is father to Palin’s grandson Tripp (mom is Sarah’s daughter Bristol Palin), has been the center of controversy since announcing his intention to pose nude for Playgirl Magazine. Johnston has also been bad-mouthing his once future mother-in-law, telling the press that Palin referred to her youngest son Trigg (who has Down Syndrome) as “retarded.”

But Palin tells Oprah she doesn’t take it to heart.
“I think he needs to know that he is loved and he has the most beautiful child and this can all work out for good. It really can,” she said. “We don’t have to keep going down this road of controversy and drama all the time. We’re not really into the drama. We don’t really like that. We’re more productive. We have other things to concentrate on.”

Oprah also delved into Palin’s now infamous interview with Katie Couric during which she was heavily criticized by the press.
“Must we?” Palin asks Winfrey, adding that she didn’t consider the interview a defining moment in her career. “And neither did the campaign,” she said of the 2008 election. “In fact, that’s why segment 2 and 3 and 4 and maybe 5 were scheduled. The campaign said, ‘Right on. Good. You’re showing your independence.”
