Gabriela Cedillo came to a $18.5 million settlement with Paramount Pictures as the result of life-changing injuries she sustained while an extra on the set of their 2011 blockbuster Transformers 3 — but her attorney is still fired up calling the production company "pretty pathetic."

The young woman who suffered life-changing injuries during an accident on the set of Transformers 3 has finally reached a settlement with Paramount to the tune of $18.5 million, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Gabriela Cedillo's family filed a lawsuit against Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks Studios after she was hurt on September 1, 2010 while working as an extra in Chicago on the film — when a cable towing a car snapped and whipped through her car window, striking her in the head.

Those giant Transformers did it again. The third installment in the franchise, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, is a box office monster. Shia LaBeouf and the gang are on target to bring in an estimated $97 million for the three-day weekend. For the entire holiday schedule -- the flick opened just after 12 am on Wednesday -- it should pull in close to $200 million.

Gabriela Cedillo suffered life-changing injuries during an accident on the set of Transformers 3, and despite Paramount Pictures saying it would pay her medical bills -- nearly five months ago -- Cedillo's attorney says they "haven't paid a dime."
"They have not paid her medical bills. They haven't paid a dime as far as I know," attorney Todd A. Smith told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
