Actress Amy Smart is selling her Beverly Hills home for $1.4 million and RadarOnline.com has photos and video of her pad.

Actress Amy Smart is selling her Beverly Hills home for $1.4 million and RadarOnline.com has photos and video of her pad.

The two bedroom, two bathroom traditional home is 2,000 square feet and features hardwood floors, a swimming pool and spa.

Smart, 35, became engaged to TLC’s Trading Spaces handyman Carter Oosterhouse on April 21, 2011.
