Oscar producer Brett Ratner's outrageous and expletive-filled interview with Howard Stern this week has led to him resigning from his role in the 84th Academy Awards, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The outspoken filmmaker had an X-rated chat with the shock jock on Monday that included everything from masturbation and cunnilingus boastings, to discussing the size of his testicles and the sex habits of Hollywood moguls, reported TheWrap.com.

In the interview, Ratner even revealed how he sends women to his doctor to be checked for sexually-transmitted diseases, "before I go all the way.”

Puss in Boots pulled off a shocking upset at the box office this weekend. In its second week in release, the animated flick pulled in an estimated $33 million in ticket sales, easily beating Eddie Murphy's Tower Heist. The caper film, also starring Ben Stiller and Casey Affleck, underperformed with $25.1 million.

The result, ironically, comes right after Forbes magazine named Murphy the most overpaid male actor in Hollywood.

Next up for Murphy is hosting the Academy Awards in February. The show is being co-produced by his Tower Heist director Brett Ratner.

The Boardwalk Empire bad girl got into a scuffle with a pal at Brett Ratner’s Tower Heist afterparty on Monday night according to reports, but the actress insists that her drunk friend was to blame for the incident.

According to the New York Post, Paz was sitting at a table and accidentally spilled a drink over her friend, who proceeded to jump up and burst into tears. The staff attempted to make the situation better, bringing them napkins and bottles of water as Paz grabbed her friend’s arm and tried to apologize.
