The film Tower 69: Malibu Beach Patrol Beach Featuring 3D Boobs is going to be released for free on YouTube and promises, in Spencer’s own words, lots of “boobs.”

Beyond the typical bouncing beach babes, Pratt says the movie has lots of surprises that make it more “avant-garde.” It has “an early 1960s cinema verite flavor,” Spencer says.
