Taylor Lautner is just as happy sitting at his parents quiet suburban home as he is on a Hollywood red carpet.

The 19-year-old actor, best known for playing werewolf Jacob Black in the Twilight series, said he enjoys being out of the Tinseltown spotlight when he's at his parents Santa Clarita, Calif. home -- about 30 miles north of Los Angeles.

"I live outside of Los Angeles," he told Total Film magazine. "It's quiet and nice. My family and friends keep me grounded. I do go out with my friends and do normal things...it's like I'm living two lives.”
