Miley Cyrus took some time out of her South American touring schedule for a little rest and relaxation, hitting the beaches of Rio in a skimpy bikini and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Joined by a few of her close pals and her mother Tish, the 18-year-old superstar showed off her fat-free and fab figure in a silver string bikini on Barra de Tijuca beach, looking healthy and happy during a day of sunbathing.

It's been a tough year for Billy Ray Cyrus, but the Achy Breaky Heart singer finally feels life is on the up at last, and most importantly that he's "got my Miley back."

Cyrus opens up to the ladies in a pre-taped interview on The View Friday, sharing that he and his precious daughter are working through their problems - and RadarOnline.com can bring you a snippet of his interview.

When asked how his relationship is now with his superstar daughter, Cyrus says: "The best it's ever been. I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened. Our communication, we have laughed a lot in the last couple of days."

Billy Ray Cyrus has officially filed an order of dismissal to put a stop to his pending divorce with wife Tish Cyrus, and RadarOnline.com has learned he’ll be footing the bill.

The order of dismissal was filed March 11 in Tennessee, just five months after the couple originally filed for divorce.

Billy Ray Cyrus opens up to the ladies of The View on Friday, revealing that he’s called off his divorce from his wife of 17 years, in an effort to mend his family.

“I dropped the divorce. I wanted to put my family back together,” he says.

The musician and his wife Leticia "Tish" Cyrus - parents of teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus - made the bombshell announcement of their split last October after filing papers in Tennessee citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Right now, Billy Ray says his family is making strides towards reconciling and that they are working hard on the healing process together.
