Call him baseball's answer to Michael Phelps -- in terms of both talent and hobbies. San Francisco Giants' sensation Tim Lincecum was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, after the talented 2008 Cy Young Award winner was stopped for speeding in Oregon last week.
