Jennifer Garner's stalker, Steven Burky, has been charged with two counts of felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Berky was arrested Monday outside of Garner's daughter Violet Affleck's school.

Berky was found to be in violation of a restraining order that Garner was granted in November 2008. Burky was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Garner, her husband Ben Affleck and their daughter Violet, as well as being prohibited from contacting Garner in any way.

If convicted Berky, who is currently in police custody, could face up to four years in prison.
Judge Gives T.I. A Year And A Day

T.I. won't be popping bottles all night for at least 366 days, as a judge Friday sentenced the 28-year-old rapper to a year and a day in prison in connection with weapons charges he pleaded guilty to last year.
"Today I would like to say thank you to some, and apologize to all," the rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, told the judge at the hearing.
