EXCLUSIVE: Joyce DeWitt To Plead Not Guilty

RadarOnline.com has learnt exclusively that Three’s Company star Joyce DeWitt will formally plead not guilty to driving under the influence charges stemming from her July 4th arrest.
DeWitt's arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday at the LAX Airport Court.
DeWitt won't be required to attend the arraignment because she was only charged with a misdemeanor.
The insider says that DeWitt has no plans to be at her arraignment.

Actress Joyce DeWitt was arrested Saturday, July 4th, for DUI in El Segundo, California.

Authorities tell RadarOnline.com that DeWitt, 60, drove past a barricade intended to control traffic near a park. When an officer spoke with DeWitt, he determined she appeared drunk. DeWitt was given a series of field sobriety tests and then arrested and booked for suspicion of DUI.
DeWitt was released after posting $5,000 bail.
