Bethenny Frankel was a fish out of water on a recent “marriage counseling” boating trip when what started as a team building exercise took a direct course to disaster.

A source close to the couple tells RadarOnline.com: "The couple will be continuing therapy, separately. Taylor and Russell had been in marriage counseling together, and that helped Taylor to realize she needed to file for divorce. The hard work for Taylor is just beginning. Russell has a plethora of issues he is working through, including his temper."
