The sun wasn't the only thing scorching at Sunday's 2011 BET Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles: Stars on hand opened up about their sexting ways, and RadarOnline.com was on hand to hear all the juicy celebrity confessions.
"I think that is the safest sex you will ever have if you are sex-ting," TV personality A.J. Calloway told our Jessica Campbell.
"I am notorious for it," musical artist Kevin McCall said. "I think I'm developing Carpal Tunnel [Syndrome.]"

Sandra Bullock remains in hiding as does Jesse James' other, other woman - Melissa Smith. When RadarOnline.com paid a visit to Melissa's Orange Country apartment Sunday there was no sign of the tatooed stripper who claims to be another one of Jesse's girls.

Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James' mistress number 2, Melissa Smith, alleges that she had a 2-year relationship with the chop shop owner. Now, RadarOnline.com can reveal that although the relationship ended in 2008, Jesse has kept in contact with the 35-year-old stripper, even going so far as to send her a text message just yesterday!

A source that was shown the message by Smith tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Jesse sent Melissa a message yesterday and she showed it to me. It said "I'm angry at you and disappointed you'd do this".

"Melissa said that he was obviously referring to the fact that she has talked about their affair, even going so far as to share his text messages with the world - that was the funny thing about him texting her when she had already done that - you'd think he would of learned his lesson!
"Melissa is pretty p***ed about the way Jesse treated her, she thinks he just used her for sex then when he got bored he threw her aside and moved on, so she thinks he's really got some nerve texting that HE'S disappointed in HER."

Smith claims her relationship with James began in 2006, while he was already married to Bullock. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, James approached Smith on her MySpace page which eventually led to Smith taking a trip to his West Coast Choppers office where she says they “ended up having sex on his couch, and he didn’t use a condom.” They would meet for trysts in his office every couple of months before ending it in March 2009 when James' affections cooled. Smith explained: "We stopped hanging out because his attention was on the next woman."

Many of Oprah Winfrey’s employees are angry that she made them sign a pledge not to use their phones while driving, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Oprah started her “no phone zone pledge” after taping a program that featured a young couple who lost their daughter after a man, who was talking on his cell phone, hit their SUV.
And while Oprah’s heart is certainly in the right place, many felt her tactics were heavy-handed and that she shouldn’t be ruling their lives.

Sources told RadarOnline.com exclusively that many employees are very unhappy they can’t use their hands-free devices in their own cars. “Some were complaining that they had just purchased hands-free devices and now they can’t use them,” one source told RadarOnline.com. “They’re worried this will hurt them from doing their jobs. Some employees talk on the phone while drive because they are under deadlines and their jobs are not 9-to-5.”
Oprah did not force the employees to sign the pledge. “But it was pretty clear to everyone that it would not be good to resist signing it,” one insider told RadarOnline.com. “You don’t mess with Oprah.”

All Oprah employees were approached and asked to sign the pledge. “They all felt pressure and Oprah’s people even taped some people signing it,” the insider added.
Many employees support the pledge, which reads:
“I pledge to make my car a No Phone Zone. Beginning right now, I will do my part to help put an end to distracted driving by not texting or using my phone while I am driving. I will ask other drivers I know to do the same. I pledge to make a difference.”

But others simply feel Oprah has stepped too far into their lives. “Of course Oprah can sign the pledge, she’s in the back of a limo all the time, texting away,” one insider joked.
Other staffers are stressed out that they will be caught talking on the phone while driving. And yes, the insider told RadarOnline.com, many employees signed the pledge and have already violated it.

The bottom line, said many people, is that Oprah’s intentions are good but many employees simply believe she has crossed a line too far into their personal lives.

Oprah is campaigning against using a cell phone, and is making all of her employees sign a pledge saying that they won't text or even talk on the phone in the car in and is calling this the "No Phone Zone."

Maria Shriver and Jennifer Aniston have both been caught driving and talking on a hand held phone, and Shriver's husband, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, told her that she had to stop and made her donate the phone to charity.
