Jeremy London's domestic battery case went to trial on Tuesday and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the District Attorney plans to put his 5-year-old son Lyrik on the stand to testify.

Jeremy, 39, was charged with domestic battery for an incident with his estranged wife, Melissa Cunningham, late last year after she told Palm Springs, Calif. authorities that an argument over the custody of their child escalated to violent proportions — an allegation Jeremy has adamantly denied.

Nicollette Sheridan suffered a major blow in her wrongful dismissal lawsuit on Tuesday when the Judge threw out the actress’ battery claim against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Sheridan, 48, filed a lawsuit against Cherry and ABC, claiming she was fired from the show after telling executives that Cherry had hit her -- a charge he has always vehemently denied.

Nicollette Sheridan got a surprise ally in her corner when her attorneys presented a voicemail message in court Monday morning from a low-level Desperate Housewives employee who may help her win her wrongful termination and battery lawsuit.

The voicemail was left for Nicollette's attorney Mark Baute on Sunday afternoon and explained that he had "mistakenly" received an email indicating that ABC was going to wipe all the hard drives clean to erase evidence of their intention to kill off her character Edie Britt on the show.

A drama-filled week at the Casey Anthony trial culminated in a bang on Friday with both her mother and brother giving moving testimony that brought them both to tears.

Cindy Anthony, Casey's mom, first took the stand and wept as she as she watched while defense attorney Jose Baez showed the jury video of little Caylee Anthony playing with her mother.

The family footage was shown in an attempt to prove how quickly two-year-old Caylee was growing before she went missing, to support the claim that a pair of shorts found next to her body would not have fit her when she went missing in June 2008.

Disgraced New York Congressman Anthony Weiner is now facing an Ethics Committee investigation to determine whether or not he violated any House rules, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the women embroiled in Weinergate could be called to testify.

Los Angeles powerhouse attorney Mark Geragos, who has represented numerous high profile clients, including Roger Clinton and Susan McDougal, tells RadarOnline.com: "The Ethics committee could issue subpoenas for the women involved in the scandal. If subpoenaed, they are required to appear, by law."

Weiner's woes don't end there -- Geragos reveals that the embattled lawmaker's government issued cellular phone records and government computer hard drives could also be admitted for evidence in the investigation.

The Casey Anthony murder trial got even more dramatic in court Tuesday, when Casey's mother Cindy took the stand and cried her eyes out during questioning, RadarOnline.com can report.

Cindy, 52, claimed she is still in shock over the tragic death of her of 2-year-old granddaughter Caylee Anthony and it could not have been more evident as she struggled to maintain her composure under questioning.

With tears rolling down her face and her voice cracking, Cindy testified about the strange odor she noticed in her daughter's car.

"I said it smelled like something died in the car," Cindy said before recounting how she took her granddaughter's doll out of the car and wiped it with a disinfecting wipe.

As the first week of testimony wrapped up in the trial of Casey Anthony, her father revealed the shocking news that he smelled “a decomposing human body,” in her abandoned car and saw maggots in the trunk a month after he had last seen his granddaughter alive.

On the witness stand for the third time, George Anthony choked up when he described picking up Casey’s car from a tow yard on July 15, 2008.  He said he smelled “a pretty strong odor,” as he approached the car with Casey’s mom, Cindy.

“I was very concerned about the odor.  I had smelled something like that some years prior and I was concerned,” he said.
