An extreme Republican Tea Party group is not backing down from a post on their website in which they compare President Barack Obama with a skunk, saying that it is satire and not offensive.

The Patriot Freedom Alliance, the Tea Party fraction of the Republican Party in Hutchinson, Kansas, put up a picture of a skunk and said the skunk has replaced the eagle as the symbol for the president.

“It is half black, half white, and almost everything it does, stinks,” the site read.

“It’s satire is what it is,” Thomas Hymer, who manages the website, told the Hutchinson News. "Satire in a politically incorrect form," he said.

Herman Cain made the announcement over the weekend that he was suspending his bid to become the GOP nominee for President after revelations that several women had made sexual harassment claims against the Tea Party darling. Bialek said she asked why he was doing this and Cain told her “You want a job, right?” She says she is not seeking financial compensation and wants Cain to admit what he did.  Cain released a statement calling denying the accusations and saying they were “bogus attacks.”

Michele Bachmann Announces She’s Running For President

By Alexis Tereszcuk - Radar Senior Reporter

Sarah Palin had better watch out, she’s got some competition out there. GOP Representative Michele Bachmann officially launched her campaign for president on Monday, making her the first woman in the pool of republicans running against Barack Obama in 2012.

The conservative Christian Tea Party candidate from Minnesota is often in the news for her historical gaffes during speeches, much like Sarah Palin who recently confused exactly who Paul Revere was and what he was doing when he was warning Americans that the British were coming.

Bachmann started off her run already in an argument with Fox News anchor Chris Wallace, who asked Bachman if she was a “flake” on Sunday. “I think that it’s insulting to insinuate that a candidate for president is less than serious,” she said on ABC after refusing to accept Wallace’s apology.

Sarah Palin's infamous map, targeting the 20 Congressional candidates she wanted defeated last November, is causing a firestorm of controversy in the wake of the Tucson shooting rampage.

As RadarOnline.com has been reporting, Palin posted a map on both her PAC (Political Action Committee) website and her own Facebook page. It detailed the 20 Congressional districts with Democratic Representatives who had voted for healthcare reform.
