Despite reports to the contrary, R & B superstar Usher has not finalized his divorce to Tameka Foster, RadarOnline.com has learned.
News leaked today that the performer had rubber stamped his simmering divorce at an Atlanta Court today – not true according to Tameka’s camp.
Her rep confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the divorce is not yet finalized.

In 2001, Usher fell for TLC’s Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas. The couple were hot and heavy for two years. An instant media frenzy ensued, with reports claiming Usher had cheated. The buzz escalated with the release of Usher’s fourth album “Confessions.” Some thought he was admitting his infidelity through the album’s lyrics. The controversy helped the album top the charts.
In 2004, Thomas told an Atlanta interviewer, “Usher did the ultimate no-no to me…I will never be with him again, and that is that.” The R&B singer denied cheating was the cause of the breakup.
Following his breakup from Thomas, Usher briefly dated British supermodel Naomi Campbell.
Usher was also romantically linked to model Eishia Brightwell and R&B singer Alicia Keys. Rumors flared after the two recorded the song My Boo. Keys neither confirmed nor denied the reports.
In 2007, Usher proposed to stylist girlfriend Tameka Foster. That February he announced his engagement, they were wed in August, and they had their first child in November.
In 2008, he couple have two children welcomed their second child.
In 2009, Usher files for divorce from Foster after living separately for nearly year.

RadarOnline.com has uncovered the secret behind Usher's pending divorce with stylist Tameka Foster.
Sources tell us that the R&B star has "fallen" for a female industry executive.
As Usher is preparing to dissolve his rocky marriage with 38-year-old Foster, his family and friends sit elated with the choice--one they say is long overdue.
"He can’t dump Tameka fast enough. No one likes her. Since the day it became known he was dating Tameka, friends and family have been telling him she’s not right for him," a source tells us.
None more than Usher's mother, Jonetta Patton--who boycotted Foster and her son's planned August 2007 wedding after her future daughter-in-law attempted to have her fired from her post as Usher's manager.

After months of marital rift rumors, and several recent out-and-about photos with a new woman, R&B star Usher has filed for divorce from wife Tameka Foster.
The Associated Press reports that the "Confessions" singer filed in the Superior Court of Atlanta, Georgia, though it's unclear what official reason was given for the split.
Foster, 38, has two children with the star--Usher Raymond V, 1 1/2, and newborn Naviyd Ely Raymond, 6 months.

Amid rampant Internet reports that Usher has filed for divorce in Atlanta from his wife, Tameka Foster, RadarOnline.com has learned that it just isn't so...at least for now.
"No petition has been filed at this time," Fulton County Superior Court Clerk Tracey Vaughn told RadarOnline.com.
"We've heard the rumors too but there’s nothing in the system."

He hasn’t been photographed with his wife Tameka Foster since October, but Usher isn’t being so shy about his new lady friend.
The singer/actor/fragrance designer stepped out with the mystery woman in Malibu on June 2, stopping into several stores in the Country Mart.
On June 5, the pair was spotted again on their way into an L.A.-area hotel.
Usher and Tameka, who have two children together, originally planned to marry in a lavish ceremony in the Hamptons.
Dozens of A-list show business names were on the guest list.
But Usher became the proverbial runaway groom and cancelled at the last minute.
Six days later, on August 3, 2007 he and Tameka finally became husband and wife in a quiet civil ceremony.
The pair was back in the news this past February when Tameka reportedly almost died following a plastic surgery procedure gone wrong in Brazil.
Usher flew to her side and brought her back to the U.S. but neither ever discussed the event or the state of their marriage.
There have been rumors in recent months that the marriage was over but nothing indicating Usher was moving on…..until now.
When asked about her client’s marriage, the singer’s spokeswoman Simone Smalls told RadarOnline.com, “I do not comment on my client’s personal life.”
