A new era in reality TV begins tonight with The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty on A&E. It chronicles the lives of Michael Jackson’s brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon as they prepare for a 40th anniversary reunion concert while mourning Michael’s death.

You also can see all the hijnx and drama as Kendra prepares for the birth of her baby boy on Kendra: Here Comes Baby. The baby was born last week (and named Hank like her hubby) so we get to see all the build up to the big delivery and check in on how the Hugh Hefner’s ex is enjoying motherhood!

Alas, the holiday themed episodes are upon us!  Tonight on The Office, Phyllis and Michael square off over who will play Santa while Jim and Dwight attempt to spread some holiday cheer. Poor Jim—we really hope he figures out that Dwight is plotting some major revenge against him stat—before the baby comes would be ideal!  On 30 Rock, Kenneth tries to arrange for a gift swap while Liz has no idea what to do about a gift for Jack. And, Julianne Moore guest stars as Jack’s ex that he reconnects with on a social networking site!
