The attorney for accused killer Joran van der Sloot -- implicated in both the murder of Stephany Ramirez Flores and the disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway -- exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that he's planning to sue a Dutch magazine that published a story that the jailed Dutchman stabbed three fellow inmates in Lima, Peru.

The 23-year-old van der Sloot, currently in a Peruvian prison on accusations he killed a 21-year-old woman last May, has stabbed three other inmates  while in custody, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Tourists found the piece of bone on a beach November 12, and turned in to the front desk of the Phoenix Hotel.

Dutch law enforcement authorities have requested the dental records of missing teen Natalee Holloway as investigators analyze a jawbone with a tooth in it that was found on a beach in Aruba.

The possible break in the mysterious case comes five years after the American teen disappeared during a high school trip to the Caribbean island.

Natalee’s father, Dave Holloway, said he is in the process of providing the records.

"The authorities haven't confirmed anything with me," he said in a telephone interview. "It's pretty much total silence."

Authorities are testing a jaw bone found on a beach in Aruba, RadarOnline.com has learned, to see if any DNA or dental records match up with that of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, who vanished on the Caribbean island five years ago.

The bone was found Friday by tourists, who took it to the front desk of the nearby Phoenix Hotel, who subsequently forwarded it to authorities, according to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.

Netherlands National Forensic Institute spokeswoman Inge Oevering told CNN, "The prosecutor's office of Aruba sent us some bone material," adding the testing process traditionally takes a week to complete.

Joran van der Sloot told a Dutch TV station he's sorry "for everything that's happened since 2005, for all the things said in the media and everything [he feels] guilty for" in an interview that aired Tuesday, in which the accused killer appeared humble and sorrowful -- but coyly stopped short of saying anything related to his upcoming trial.

Lawyers for suspected killer Joran van der Sloot are trying to take advantage of a Peruvian legal loophole to get him sprung out of jail, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Although the 22-year-old Dutch national confessed to killing Stephany Flores Ramirez, 21, they are requesting that he be released from prison while he fights the charges.

His defense has appealed the arrest warrant that the Peruvian justice issued to jail van der Sloot at the maximum security prison Miguel Castro Castro, where he is being housed.
