Quaid fled the United States with his wife Evi after the two were facing charges for damaging a home they once owned and failing to pay hotel bills and the bizarre couple made a new home in Canada, where Evi has citizenship.

Beth reached out to Randy on Thursday via an open letter on her website in which she rails him for sucking “other unsuspecting folks into your drama” and promises “we’re gonna get ya no matter where you go no matter how long it takes.”

“As my husband, Dog the Bounty Hunter, was crossing the border into Canada today, it crossed my mind how scared you must be!” Beth wrote.

On-the-run husband and wife Randy and Evi Quaid are taking their infamous Star Whackers on to the big screen, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Randy and his band, The Fugitives, recently put his conspiracy theory to music after a madcap performance at The Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver earlier this month.

Hollywood may have long turned their backs on Randy Quaid but that did not stop actor Matthew Modine from going to watch the fallen star perform Star Whackers in Vancouver, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The Full Metal Jacket and Memphis Belle actor was in the crowd of around 500 at The Commodore Ballroom on Friday night to watch Quaid let loose – although their was no sign of Randy’s wife Evi at the popular venue.

And when all the bands came on stage to do an encore Randy mysteriously bolted from the club and was nowhere to be seen.

Vancouver based music critic Robert Collins told RadarOnline.com: “I was standing right next to Modine and he seemed to be enjoying Quaid perform but there was no sign of Evi at the gig.

Randy Quaid has put his conspiracy theory about Star Whackers to music. The controversial star, who believes a group of individuals is killing celebrities, now sings about the mysterious figures he claims have aligned in the shadows of Tinseltown: the Star Whackers.

The Independence Day star sang about Star Whackers with a rough, rockin’ six-minute set at The Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, British Columbia on March 18, with a backup band aptly nicknamed "The Fugitives" and you can watch the performance here.

RadarOnline.com was first to report that Randy and wife Evi faced criminal charges last year for running out on a hotel bill. Their odyssey has grown stranger and stranger and the couple is in Canada seeking asylum.

The oddball pair is currently living in Canada seeking asylum under that country’s refugee statutes after failing to appear in Santa Barbara for several court dates last year.

The quirky couple has been the center of controversy since they skipped out on numerous hearings in a Santa Barbara courthouse for illegally squatting in a home they used to own and for defrauding an innkeeper after skipping out on a hotel bill.

The pair requested asylum in Canada – insisting that “star whackers” who targeted other famous celebs such as Heath Ledger are out to kill them.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Quaids forfeited $1 million in bail they posted following their October arrest for felony vandalism by remaining in Canada instead of showing for their California hearing.

RadarOnline.com can confirm a motion for extradition of the Quaids from Canada has still not been filed at this time.

Randy and Evi Quaid have been ordered to appear in a Santa Barbara, California courtroom Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has learned, to hear the felony vandalism charges against them for a September incident in which they’re accused of damaging the guesthouse of a home they used to own.

After repeatedly missing court appearances in a different case, the couple had to post $1 million bail to guarantee their appearance Tuesday.

After they recently sought refugee status in Canada - and appeared on national TV claiming they're being hunted in the states by predators they refer to as "star whackers" - it's anyone's guess if they'll show.
