Reggie Bush has reurned for the third year in a row to do a fundraising commercial for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It's a real tear-jerker, and no one is prouder than the big guy's girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

The New Orleans Saints superstar is shown having a tea party with a young cancer patient named Anna, whose smile and giggle steal the spot. "I want to be as tough as you one day," Reggie says to the little girl.  "Keep dreaming," she laughs back.

"This video rally touched me," Kim said.
