Michael Jackson Movie To Be Released Two Days Earlier

The Michael Jackson movie, This Is It, will arrive in theaters for a limited two-week run on October 28 - two days earlier than its original release date, Sony has announced.
The film includes more than 80 hours of behind-the-scenes and rehearsal footage shot in the lead-up to Jackson's sold-out London comeback concerts.
In an unusual move, the studio is putting tickets on sale September 27 -- more than a month before the film is released.

Michael Jackson’s millions of fans around the world can look forward to hearing a mountain of unreleased recordings which are being kept in a vault by Sony Music. The material includes tracks that never made it on to some of the performer’s albums plus recent recordings done with Senegalese R and B singer and producer Akon and Black Eyed Peas front man Will. I. Am.
It is expected that both Sony and the Jackson family will rake in millions of dollars by releasing the music as demand for his recordings has skyrocketed since his death.

While lawyers for the Jackson Family are unaware of any existing will for the late Michael Jackson, a 2002 draft of a final testament leaves the pop star's vast estate to his mother Katherine, his children and one or more charities.
The seven-year-old supposed document names attorney John Branca and music exec John McClain as executors of the estate, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Angelina Jolie suffered a minor injury in Long Island Friday on the set of her new thriller Salt but made a full recovery after being taken to the hospital. A Sony rep confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the actress “is now back on set and will resume production later this afternoon.”
The Academy Award winning actress apparently bumped her head and got a cut between her eyes while she was performing a stunt.
“This morning, while filming an action sequence during production of her new movie Salt, Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury,” the rep said in the statement. “As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital, examined, and released.”
