Following his guilty plea in an Indio, California court, actor Jeremy London’s accused kidnapper, Brandon Adams, was released from jail on Wednesday and London’s family couldn’t be happier, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Jeremy London attempted to slap his family with a temporary restraining order in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday morning but was denied by the judge.

Jeremy’s family is adamant that they have stuck by the troubled actor for years while he’s battled prescription drug abuse.
“My hope for the future is that my brother will get the help he needs and he’ll come back to the family that loves him very much,” Jason said.

“As a mother, I’m scared and I’m scared for Jeremy,” his mother Debbie told RadarOnline.com. “We love him very much and want to help him. We’ve always been here and we’re not going anywhere.”

Visibly upset, Debbie told RadarOnline.com off camera that her daughter Dedra passed away in a car accident when she was just 16-years-old saying, “My daughter died in a car accident and I couldn’t save her. I can save him [Jeremy].”

“We love him very much and people need to understand that we have not taken a single penny for this, nor would we,” Jason concluded.
“If people want to give us money, they can donate it to Lyrik’s college fund.”

Jeremy and his wife Melissa Cunningham have a three-year-old son Lyrik together.
Lyrik is currently living with Melissa’s mother because the couple lost custody in light of their substance abuse problems.

Jeremy London was so angry that his twin brother Jason and his mother gave an interview doubting the Mallrats star's kidnapping story that he sent a legal letter - and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a copy.
Jeremy and Jason are not close and when Jason and his mother spoke out on the E! channel, Jeremey took action, taking aim at Jason's girlfriend Sofia Karsten.
“You have been granting unauthorized interviews,” Jeremy’s lawyer wrote, although it is unclear why the interviews would have to be authorized. The letter goes on to state that Jeremy’s publicist must approve all interviews, but again does not say why.

About the interviews, Jeremy’s lawyer states: “The information you are providing is false and your behavior is reckless and could potentially harm the reputation of my client.”
The letter also states: “The content thereof is based on false information, which is damaging to Mr. London.
“This is to advise you that if you do not immediately cease and desist from engaging in any type of interviews with regard to Jeremy London, we will seek an immediate injunction against you in a court of law to prevent you from granting interviews and from exploiting the personal life of Jeremy London.”
