Up and coming Hollywood star Armie Hammer was arrested in November after being found with marijuana, but he is not going to be prosecuted.

The 25-year-old J. Edgar and the Social Network star was arrested in Sierra Blanca, Texas on November 30 after a drug sniffing dog found pot in his car, the AP reported.

He was arrested at a border patrol check point and was found with “0.02 ounces of marijuana, three medicinal marijuana cookies and one brownie.”

Emma Stone and boyfriend Andrew Garfield were caught by the cameras sharing a kiss in New York City and RadarOnline.com has the photos of the couple getting cozy.

Emma, 23, and Andrew, 28, did some shopping at Parke and Ronen on Sunday before heading to Tipsy Parson to grab some food.

The twosome met in December 2010 on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man as co-stars, but sparks flew and they have been dating since last spring.

Andrew became a household name after starring in The Social Network with Justin Timberlake and Emma has starred in big-time movies like Easy A and The Help.

The split between Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake after four years together is anything but amicable, and is the result of Justin’s wandering eye, multiple reports have claimed.

“The two remain friends and continue to hold the highest level of love and respect for each other,” the pair’s reps said in a joint statement to RadarOnline.com, but apparently that’s far from the truth in reality.
