Charlie Sheen is poking fun at his alcoholic and rehab past by filming a Dutch commercial for non-alcoholic beer, Bavaria, and RadarOnline.com has the ad.

The 46-year-old actor is seen leaving rehab in the European TV spot as his doctor warns him about maintaining his sobriety.

In an exclusive interview taped Tuesday, but airing on Thursday’s TODAY, the often troubled actress, 25, tells Matt Lauer that she’s "clean and sober" and that “it’s been a while. It’s been a long time.”

The Mean Girls star said it’s “nice to have people in her life in the same position” and says while she could hit the Hollywood party scene, she’s avoiding it.

Jeremy London was recently charged with domestic battery for an incident with his estranged wife last year, but RadarOnline.com exclusively spoke with the actor who said he's trusting the courts will learn the truth — that he was falsely accused.

"There are women who are legitimately abused in this country, and it is so important that the system is set up to protect them. If I have to go through this process to ensure that the system works and can protect victims, then it's worth it," Jeremy told us in an exclusive interview.

"Many men are falsely accused and the system is usually able to discern fact from fiction... While it's troublesome I wouldn't have it any other way."

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller has successfully finished rehab, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. Mueller had been enrolled in a 45-day outpatient treatment program, that allowed her to spend the evenings with her twin sons Bob and Max.

“Brooke is just taking it a day at a time,” a source close to the situation says. “She has been down this road before and she knows what she has to do. Brooke needs to continue to play an active role in her sobriety. When she goes to her AA meetings everyday and talks regularly with her sponsor, she does amazing.”

This one must have hurt.

David Arquette, sitting in on The Howard Stern Show for the second day in a row, admitted Thursday he'd once broke a wine glass over his own head in a jealous rage over his now-estranged wife, Courteney Cox.

Arquette said that the incident, which happened years before they married, stemmed out of jealousy over a love scene Cox was filming.

Just a night after he attended the Scream 4 premiere in Hollywood, a straight-off-the-Red-Eye David Arquette appeared in Stern's New York City studios Tuesday, where he told the radio icon about his recent interactions with his estranged wife Courteney Cox, who he separated with last fall.
