Miley Cyrus told the March edition of Marie Claire that she regrets smoking salvia, the supposedly-hallucinogenic herb that's legal in California, because it set a bad example for her young fan base, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Cyrus was asked if she unfairly judged, as some of her peers are smoking things that ... aren't legal.

"They're not Miley Cyrus," she said. "They're not role models."

The Hannah Montana star was seen cuddling in Los Angeles' Griffith Park on Saturday with her So Undercover castmate, hunky Englishman Josh Bowman, and RadarOnline.com has the snuggly snap shot.

Cyrus, 18, was seen comparing foot sizes with Bowman, as well as playing with her adorable puppy.

These photos are much tamer than the recent set which showed an assistant seemingly licking Miley’s shirt, and the earlier photos of her smoking a bong.

She's been accused of acting like an out-of-control frat boy, so it may not be too surprising that Miley Cyrus is shooting a new film -- set in a sorority house, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive behind the scenes photos from the set in New Orleans.

In the film called So Undercover, the Can't Be Tamed singer/actress plays a tough, street-smart private investigator on an undercover mission at a sorority house.

"There will be a touch of real danger too, when she goes undercover," producer Nigel Sinclair told Variety. "We have a sharp, funny, accessible script ... that is a perfect match for her comic talents."

Just four days after video surfaced of Disney star Miley Cyrus inhaling smoke out of a bong, she took comfort in the presence of her mother as these RadarOnline.com photos reveal.
